- The New Americans Project aims to assist individuals who identify as immigrants or refugees eliminate barriers that lead to increased risk of homelessness within Hamilton County. You must call the CAP line at 513-381-7233 or contact the FreeStore Foodbank at 513-241-1064 to be referred to the New Americans Program.
