Welcome to St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Schools!


Enrollment for the 2023-24 school year is now open!  Please see the information below to ensure you complete the enrollment process accurately.


District Enrollment

Families living in St. Bernard or Elmwood Place who have a child entering grades K-12 for the 2023-24 school year can begin online enrollment through FinalForms. Once you complete FinalForms an in-person appointment will be scheduled to turn in all supporting documents and to complete registration (please, do not submit them electronically).

The following items are required before registration will be finalized and should be brought to your scheduled in-person appointment: 
• child's original birth certificate
• parent's driver's license or passport
• child's immunization record
• custody papers (if applicable)
• proof of residency (current mortgage, rental/lease agreement, copy of deed, land contract, paystub with address, Federal or State tax return, current water bill, or current gas and electric bill)
• copy of child's IEP/504 (if applicable)

Kindergarten Eligibility

A child is eligible to start Kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year if they are five before September 30, 2023.

Kindergarten students are required to have a Physical Examination and Oral Assessment completed and signed by a doctor.  Please click the links below for the following:

Preschool (resident families)

If you have a preschool age child (three or four year old by September 30, 2023) and live in St. Bernard or Elmwood Place, please click the application below to begin enrollment.  Please print and complete application and bring the following documents to the Board of Education office to be placed on the list for preschool:
