This week, the Cincinnati Enquirer is featuring the SBEP Titans and player Damien Dawson in polls to their readers.
The Titans as a team are in the running for "Top Ohio Football Team of the Week" thanks to their first-ever OHSAA playoff win last Friday. Currently, they are in the lead with nearly 40% of votes that have been cast.
Damien Dawson has been nominated for "Top Ohio Small-School Football Player of the Week." Dawson was a huge part of our win against Dayton Christian, as his game stats included a touchdown catch, seven tackles, and an 82-yard pick-six interception that was turned into a touchdown. He is also leading his poll, but at a slimmer margin of 27%.
