Your School-Based Health Center offers medical, dental, and mental health services for your children. The WinMed medical team will see your children at their school or at the Miller house on the Elmwood Place Elementary School campus. You are welcome to accompany your student to their appointment. your child is eligible for services even if you do not have health insurance. you can make appointments with Emily, including appointments for sports physicals by calling 513-641-0169. |

Camelot Community Care has mental health therapists at your school. Camelot accepts Medicate. If you think your child would benefit from therapy contact Mary, the Camelot therapist at your school. For Elmwood Place Elementary call 513-482-7115 and ask for Mary Schehl. For St .Bernard Elementary call 513-482-7110 and ask for Mary Schehl. for the middle and High school call either Elmwood Place or St .Bernard elementary and ask for Mary Schehl.

The CincySmiles Dental Van comes to your school in the spring of each year. Your child is eligible for services even if you do not have dental insurance. Consents are needed for your children to been seen at the dentist. Please contact the School Based-Health Center (513-482-7139) for more information.
Students at SBEP Schools who are uninsured or who have deductibles and co-payments with their dental insurance pay no fee for the dental van services. (A fee is referenced on the dental van consent form. This consent form is also used at other schools where a fee is charged.) |

Are your kids uninsured? You aren't alone! You may be eligible for free health insurance, and we can help you apply. We can help you complete your Medicaid application and educate you on which verifications are required. We can fax your application and paperwork and provide follow-up thru the Legal Aid Society. Medicaid covers doctor's visits, emergency room care, prescriptions, dental care, mental health care, transportation, vision care, and more!
