Welcome to St. Bernard-Elmwood Place City Schools!

If you are a resident of St. Bernard or Elmwood Place and would like to enroll your child in St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Schools, you should come to the Board of Education Office at 105 Washington Avenue in St. Bernard.  

Enrollment hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The following items are required before registration will be finalized: child's original birth certificate, parent's driver's license, custody papers (if applicable), and proof of residency (current mortgage, rental/lease agreement, copy of deed, land contract, paystub with address, or Federal or State tax return).  Preschool registration requires the following additional items:  child's immunization record and parent's income verification (two paycheck stubs, or Federal tax return).

Open Enrollment

St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Schools will accept open enrollment applications beginning April 1, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. through June 3, 2019, at 3:30 p.m.  Open enrollment forms must be submitted in person to the Board of Education Office at 105 Washington Avenue in St. Bernard.

All decisions are based on class size.
